Thread: save form html with name

Dear all,

excuse for my poor english...

i have this request: i have composed a little form, my problem is register this form in html and the name with first laber, example:

Name: (label1) Giovanni
Surname (label2) Rotondo
etc etc

then the click button for submit the file register is not a email, but:
giovanni.html

Not exactly sure what your problem is. Could you try to be just a little bit more specific of what you want the form to do?
