Question ABVFP multiple site usage?

I have two web-sites primary is dasmoon.com and sub-domain is blackhawksite.com, I have form working in blackhawksite.com and would like to utilize ABVFP methology in my primary site dasmoon.com. How do I go about setting up multiple web-sites using ABVFP?

Have attempted and it was a complete disaster, had problems setting up the second database. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Mahalo!

ABVFP can easily work from its current location in your subdomain. You should set the form action to be " http://www.dasmoon.com/blackhawksite/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php " . Setup the form normally through the ABVFP control panel.

Navaldesign:
My primary domain is dasmoon.com and this is the one I want to setup up the new form. The blackhawksite.com is working fine with ABVFP forms. Is the http://www.dasmoon.com/blackhawksite/ABVFP/dbts_abvfp.php the correct form action for dasmoon.com? Also, the form names have to be different (uploadform.html and errorpage.php, and thankyoupage.php?).

If ABVFP had been initially installed in www.blackhawksite/ABVFP then the above action is correct. If ABVFP was installed on the primary site, then it is nt correct.

I can't know where you had installed it.

Form names: ABVFP does NOT consider the form name, only the Formid in the hidden field. So, the form name can be the same or different.

Error page / thank you page etc: ABVFP has a separate page with details for each form. From there you can set the actual names of the form, the errorpage and the thankyou page for each form.

Navaldesign:
I have been playing with this form and it still is not correct. My primary site is http://www.dasmoon.com and sub domain is http://www.blackhawksite.com the forms in the sub domain are working fine. The ABVFP is located in /public_html directory. The primary and all sub domains are located in /public_html. The ABVFP is on the same level as all domain directories. If I setup a sub-directory of ABVFP in blackhawksite and change the paths in my forms to point to http://www.dasmoon.com/blackhawksite...dbts_abvfp.php, then reinstall ABVFP in /public_html rebuild it as http://www.dasmoon.com/ABVFP and set my forms to point to http://www.dasmoon.com//dbts_abvfp.php. They may work correct?

Navaldesign: - Trying to learn how to fish so I can feed myself.
Thanks for all the help in the past.

I have tried to see where you have installed ABVFP and it actually seems to be installed in a "ABVFP" folder in your site. However, it either is NOT correctly installed there, OR the configuration file DB user details are not correct, as it gives me a DB connection error.

Do this simple thing:

Copy (if necessary download it from your site to your computer, then upload it again) the file dbts_ABVFP_config.php from the blackhawk folder to your ABVFP folder. Or, simply, send me your loggin details thrugh myform and i will fix it for you in 3 minutes.
