Without the URL to the form- it is difficult to help.

Remember- forms will not function in preview.

If the form is in fact published;
The most common cause is that the submit button is out side of the form. So, go back to the form and make sure that the submit button is within the parameters of the form. If it isn't- then delete the submit botton, stretch the form down a little so it will fit on there and then place the submit button back on the form. Save and publish.

Andy,
Many thanks. The butoon was out side the form and I drag it in the form area and it still did not work. So I followed your advise and deleted it and created a new butoon on tin the form and save it and boom there it went. Again many thanks
