I am trying to change the text in the contact form on http://deliveranceminister.com . The contact page is
http://www.deliveranceminister.com/C...0BY%20MAIL.htm
When I make the text changes and come time to publish a ..public_htm/ appears after the / I put deliveranceminister.com/CONTACT%20INFORMATION%20BY%20MAIL.htm and it won't make the changes
ex public_htm/deliveranceminister.com/CONTACT%20INFORMATION%20BY%20MAIL.htm ..... save the changes then click publish. What am I doing wrong ?
Can someone go to my contact page to check this. I want to change the text.

If you have changes just publish again like you did the first time, with just "public_html/"
