i want to make a form that the form cannot be changed by the viewer. in this case, the real estate company indicates whats available on the property, ie washer or dryer. i want to set it up so that the option cannot be changed one pulished. test form link:

You can use a hidden field to store the data that will be submitted with the form, and it isn't directly editable by the user.
