Thread: Special Creation - Small Email Submission Form

Hello:
I would like to create an input box, on a payment thank-you page, that will allow a new customer to input their email address so when they submit their address a pre written email will automatically be sent to them...Is this possible, doable, feasable?

however, as a simple way - you could link text on that thank you page to your email address encrypted at dynamicdrive and set up your email with an auto responder .. you can do this in your email client .. or you can create this with forms and I will send you over there and add a bit more to the title of your question, it's the best way to post .

Ladyeye is correct (as usual). You can do as she suggested and / or create a form to collect the email address and send it to you mail box. Then in your email program, create an auto responder message to send back to the person who sent you the e-mail.

Or, use Advanced BlueVoda Form Processor that will do the same for you, with the additional advantage that it will also store the info submitted in the database for future reference. And, you don't even need to set an autoresponder in CP, ABVFP has its own autoresponder
