Default Form fields colors don't match

I've created a form on the following page...

    http://www.b2bcopywriter.net/quote.html

Some of the form fields have yellow backgrounds while others have white backgrounds (which is what I want for all of them.) I've tried selecting "default color" under Properties/Style, but that didn't make a difference. Neither did selecting them all as "white."

This problems only seems to occur in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox. Can anybody help me on this?

    Regards,
    Dave Coyne

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script

Thanks. Your were right. I shut off the Auto Fill function in the Google toolbar and now the forms appear with the correct colors. Damn Google!
