Form Not Working, Please Help!

Hi everyone,

I know that this is not a new question, but I have watched all tutorial, and all answers to previous posts regarding this matter, but none of them solved my problem.

I have built a form using the new form wizard in BV10.

I have also buit a "thank you" page

The problem is that after submiting the form, I lead to a "page not found" page.

When (once again) i try to set my contact information, so then I can publish it again BV website buider says that is not possible to save the page, and all information I have entered before has dissapeard.

Really, with my small knowledges in this matter, I have tried to do everything mentioned on the tutorials, several ways, several times, but I can get it to work!

Can someone please help me to find what I have done wrong?

I just tested your form and it worked ok for me ????

Hi Navaldesign,

Thank you for your test e-mail.
I would like to ask you if you were redirected for the success page, after you send your form.

I keep trying it in my browser, e-mails are not sent, and all i get after pressing "Submeter" is a "web page not found notice"...

Can you please help me to find out whats wrong here, as I believe everything is working fine for you?

Yes, i got redirected to the thank you page. I really don't understand why it shouldn't work for you. You see, with the new form wizard, the page submits to itself, so it is impossible that you get a "page not found" error. The only thing i can guess is that you are experiencing connection issues.
I will test again and let you know ASAP

In fact, I still don't make it to work on my computer, but the important thimg is to know that it works to my costumers.

Click on http://www.imperiodocha.com/contactos.php

When the page appears, refresh (press F5 sometimes).

Then test again.

Sorry to bother you again with this matter, but I have requested a few friend to fill my form and try to submit it, and to ALL of them apperars the message:

How can I solve this? You are abble to send the form, but nobody else seams to be...

I can't know why or what, as the form works just fine for me. Is it possible that your friends are still testing the OLD html page ?

probably they are going to your form page through your menu, which is wrong, because it still has the old URL, for the html page

I have just tried that f5 thing, and IT WORKD! FINALLY!!!

Now, can you just explain to me what is wrong with my menu link, that thing about old html page, so i can fix it and make it work right trough the menu?

First you had published your contact page as html, so in your menus you had linked it as http://www.imperiodocha.com/contactos.html

Then you published it as php so the link, in your menus, should be
http://www.imperiodocha.com/contactos.php

edit your menu bars and you will be ok.

Hi again, Navaldesign...

Followed all your steps, changed all my menu links to .php, and now when i click submit ... no confirmation page appears...

Tried everything again and again...

I'm down at the grownd....

You have certainly changed something in your form because now the confirmation page doesn't come up, it goes again to the form page.

If you do recieve the mails, then you probably have only mistaken the sucess URL (which should be that of your confirmation page).

Changing the links to php in your menus. has nothing to do with this problem. You must have changed something in the form page itself.

Double click the form, and check your settings.
