Thread: Form Trouble

After following the step by step instructions for creating an advanced form, I am still receiving script error it's as if the submit button does not know where to locate the thanks you page I created.

I have a referral form saved as .html, & .php
I have saved thank you page as .html,& .php
I also have a mailto on submit, that isn't functioning as expected.

The FORM page needs to be published as php and not html. I could not find a php version of your form page.

Further more, and strangely enough, if you have checked the "Use built in php form processor" checkbox for your form, there SHOULD be another error as well: the php code should be appearing at the top, BUT it doesn't.

Check that:

1. You page is published as php
2. That you have checked the "Use built in form processor" checkbox.
