Error 530

I am trying to follow instructions from Installation of Form Maker Pro. But, at point 3 of .../fmpdocs/... when I arrive to "connect", I'm getting the following error:"530 login authentication failed".
Few days ago I wrote a ticket. The answer wasn't good. Somebody told me "Great, it is OK", but it was not OK. Problem continue.
What I should do? Maybe here somebody will help me.
