Hello,

Okay, so... I am building my survey section of my site with blue voda. At the end of my first survey, I've asked the question "Are there any games that we don't currently play in the league that you'd like to see us try?",
I've added the selection options yes, and no. At the end of the "yes" option though, I'd like to either have a text area where they can write in what game or games they'd like to see (and be able to give the instruction to write that in that box), or would like it to have a pop up box on selection of that particular radio button, in which they would be given instruction to enter the game or games and their descriptions and then submit. How would I go about doing this?
