I created a contact form and it works great, but I can't get the success and error page to work.
ladyfirewalkers.com/success.php
ladyfirewalkers.com/error.php

this is what I get when I press the send button:
Not Found

The requested URL /ladyfirewalkers.com/success.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am having the exact same problem. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I fixed the problem that I was having by manually typing in the success and error URLs in the form properties. For example

success URL: http://www.ladyfirewalkers.com/success.php
error URL: http://www.ladyfirewalkers.com/error.php

Also by making sure that the permission of success.php and error.php was set to 644 on the cPanel.

This is how I fixed my problem.

I can see your success page perfectly, instead the error one is html and not php, that's why you can't see it.
