Thread: Publishing a Form

Please help me with one of my forms. I have been trying to edit my Contact Us page to include a submit button. I have used CCleaner to clear the cache, I have hit F5 until my finger is tired. I have uploaded BV 10 and saved all the pages in BV 10. I have republished all my pages and yet every time the Contact Us page the submit button does no appear? I have looked through all the threads, I have run through the form tutorials at least three times but still no luck. My site is www.maacamel.com.. can anyone out there give me a hand and tell me what I am doing wrong.

It appears when I view it I even tried it and it went to the confirmation page. The only thing is that I would put validations in your fields or you will receive a lot of incomplete emails.
