encryption, please help

Hi...my contact page and booking info page is encrypted at the top.. and i cant send or receive mails,when send it shows php server something like that,how do i remove that part of encrypted and what do i have to make my forms work? am i suppose to install kinda software cpanel? if so what type of software....PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

You have no form in your booking page! Just the fields, but no form.
And you have used the guestbook as a contact form in your contact page!!

You don't need to install anything, you simply need to read (again) carefully the form tutorials and follow the instructions on the letter.

I know you have said many times to use bv10 but i am happy with bv9 and my problem is that i cannot find the php code anymore and just need this to finish my website...please please can you give me this code and tell me where to paste it again as i cannot remember
