Form Maker Pro - Processing Forms

Hi All

I have easily installed FMP with no problems, forms, save them set the log & email templates etc they all save ok, however when I download the pages to host myself and when filled out and submitted they go to an internal error. I have set all the permissions as instructed but can't fix this problem.

can anyone help.
