I cannot get it to work can you take a look and tell me how to.

One you have a form on a page,(and you have published it) the extension changes to .php not .html
that is why you have the garbage at the top of the page.
correct that first. Then make sure you have modified the form to direct the email to the email account of your choice.

Ok I did published php but it still comes up .html but if i put php at the end it works

Your page is a .php, change your link to http://www.gotchabeagles.com/orderform.php
and it will work. I would also suggest adding validation to your form or you will be getting a lot of blank orders.
