Thread: All form submissions go through as successful

My form at www.ascmelodymakers.com is almost working but all submissions are popping up as successful even if no information is typed in. I do have the validations for the "name" and "email" set so errors should occur if email is not in email format and if no name is entered. Error and success pages are built and published. Am I missing something?

Your form is named "Contact Info". Whitespaces are not allowed. Change your form name to "Contact_Info" or anything elase, avoiding whitespaces and symbols.

Thanks NavalDesign....I didn't catch that. It works real good now and won't even allow an incorrect submission without a popup coming on the screen. Thanks again!
