Thread: Form not on page when published

I created a form and placed it on my contact page.

the url was www.carfarmonline.com/contactus.html.

then I read that the extension needed to be .php

so I changed it to www.carfarmonline.com/contactus.php.

either way the form doesn't show up. I am not sure if there is something I am missing. If I am, it is probably something very obvious.

I have both and neither work. I currently have it set at .php but not sure where to go from here.

It shows up in preview, but not on the page itself. I have published it. I have also tried clearing my cache and going to the page again and it is still not there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Everything is all set not. I think that the form box wasn't large enough or something, but it is there now, now I have to go edit all my links to that page.
