Thread: another form help

I have watched the 3 movies and done like they said, and tried to find my problem in the forum but I still cant get my form to work.

The problem is when I click on submit, I just get to the form page again and nothing happens exept its blank.
No mail and no succes page is appearing.
(Probably something very easy :P )

Do you really need this action script?

and name your submit button
submit

BUT, if you are not a VH customer, it is obvious that you can't use the Form Wizard, so no script is included in your page..........
