Thread: Anonymous E-Mail Form

Hi,
Can anyone help, I have a website on which clients advertise their property for sale or rent, together with their own contact details. Many are getting problems with spam e-mail as their e-mail address is displayed. Can I create an anonymous e-mail (enquiry form) which will be forwarded onto their e-mail address automatically. The only form that I can find on Blue Voda will forward an e-mail to one of my e-mail addresses but will not work with yahoo, hotmail e-mail addresses etc. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Try using ABVFP by Navaldesign........that will eliminate the spam.

I second that motion by Lolpout........ABVFP by Navaldesign....free to vodahost customers and includes "Captcha" to combat spam!

Just to clarify: ABVFP can NOT (Not any other form processor) avoid MANUAL spam. But it will avoid blank submissions, highjack attempts and cracking attempts.

It will also, if the fields are correctly named with the necessary protection extensions, avoid ALSO manual spam (meaning that it will NOT allow spammers to submit in example text with links etc)
