Thread: new to forms

Dear ALL,
I have uploaded a new form using BV programme and edited as per my requirements but now i am facing new problum, i have edit the name of boxes but when the data i am recieving it is not as in the form, for example in form the data is as
name
father name
school
etc
but the data i am recieving is as
edit box 1
edit box 2
etc
the data which user filling is right only heading is wrong

please help me in this regards,

click on each field
open the properties box
give each field a name.

You also might want to look at the validation as well
