Thread: Can't redirect to success page after clicking submit button

As I test how the form works, it is found that it does not redirect to the success page or failure page after clicking the submit button. It appears on the browser that the page cannot be found. How can I solve the problem? Please help.
The webpage is www.premierfoodingredients.com/samreqform.php. success.bvp and error.bvp have also been uploaded.

Your success page has been saved with a .html extension
Here is the correct link:
http://www.premierfoodingredients.com/success.html

Change the form success box to success.html

Same with your error page.


then save and republish.

I know this post was a while ago, but I have the same problem and have followed the advice but the Error message still comes up when I send the form? Any ideas? My URL is www.bonsamigos.org. Site still being worked on (I am totally new to computers!) so ignore any other errors
