Thread: Form Wizard - email content not correct

I've made a form wizard on my contact page and have published it. When I send a text message off the internet to my email address all that comes up in the email is "Customer Enquiry" whih is what I had called the form. None of the other infomation that I had typed in the boxes provided cam up. What have I done wrong? If someone were to try and contact me through my form wizard I wont know who it is and what they have said and will loose business. Please advice.

Every thing about your form is wrong:

fields are not named
action field is wrong
