Thread: 2 submits buttons on the same form

Two Very simple questions,

Can I have 2 submit buttons on a form and how do I retrieve which button has been pressed on the other side ?

The reason is that I would like to have the same "action" program to perform more than one job.

I have created a 2 radio option and 1 submit button only to solve my problem.

Maybe George (Naval) might have a way you can do this, he is our form guru, I am sure he will see your post soon and respond if it's possible.

Yes, you can. Name them something else than "submit", i.e. Button1 and Button2, and give them values like "submit1" and "submit2" . You will recieve something like "Button1 : submit1" or "Button2: submit2" depending on which one you will click on
