Thread: Form information missing when submitted.

Hi, New user.

Have set up (using form wizard) and tested my form. All information goes to my nominated email address apart from that submitted in the text box - see link.

Request a Quote.php should not have any spaces between the words
Lose the spaces or use _ character to join the words.

and the text box is outside of the form code..................
