Thread: Some troubles with the captcha process

Hi everybody!

I'm having a trouble for "show the images of the captcha code", so even that recheck many times that the SCRIPT on my form keeps the structure that the TUTORIAL shows as follows:

***Of course that I using my Domain Name instead "yourdomain***

But for one or other reason the page doesn't show the "Captcha Images" so I will appreciated so much your kind help -there my form: Contact Form

Hope that you bring me some clues about how fix it.

Seems like your server php doesn't support the imagettftext() function that is absolutely required in order to create the captcha image. Please submit a support ticket as image captchas require this function. See if support can fix this.

Thanks so much for your attentions and suggestions, already I submitted a Support Ticket (SIC-199160) so hope that the VodaHost Team could help me fixing this trouble.

After 15 day that I submitted the the ticket as you suggested and after install recheck TWICE that all files of the ABVFP are weel uploaded, and also upload again the captcha and font files TWICE the Captcha imagers still missing.

So can you bring me suggestion or tips for fix this issue?

BTW My form is located at FORM

It is not an issue of ABVFP, so it is useless that you re-upload the files again and again.

As i said, the function imagettftext() is not enabled in your server, and this is something that only support can do something with.
