Hey hey, I'm Curi and there is something wrong with the way my pages publish/upload on the internet. Most of my pages (excluding the index page) shows up like this:

Oh! And I was wondering what can I do to fix this~.

anything with a form needs to be published as .php as opposed to .html

change this on the page properties of your contact page ...

as well, you will need to change the url (address) for this page on your navigation bar from .html to .php
