Thread: Unique form help

Hello dear Generals:
I would like to create an ongoing page that site members could view which is driven by a form for site suggestions.

In other words... text link to a form with only name, date and a field to input their suggestions/ideas. Then I would like this info to be sent to a page that is updated everytime someone uses the form. And then, obviously I would need a link to access that page where members could actually view posts from others, as well as their post.

Is this possible?
Could someone please help me understand how to put this together?

This could all be done on a single page if you use the guestbook in bluevoda and rename it.

Thanks for the idea,but for my purpose the guest book has some drawbacks.. please can you go look at this page I have published and tell me if there is a way to do basically what the guest book does but have a separate page for the

Manually, get the idea by email and then add the idea to the appropiate page
or
use a database with a customised php script..............
