can I create 2 action pages from different parts of my website. It seems that you can't name it anything but Action.php. Then it all goes to one page, I need two different pages. Is that possible?

Sure as long as you link the right form to the right action. You can name it anything you like.. just in the properties of the form make sure you put in the correct action name.
