Thread: Uploaded Files Not Uploading

I generated a form using the Form Wizard and it appears to work ok, with one exception: uploaded files are nowhere to be found with the email I receive. The form is at: www.irstnorcal.com/spec_upload_page.php

The other details submitted with the form make it to me in the email ok but the uploaded file does not.

Also, can the upload field be configured so that it is mandatory and data is required?

Try changing the encoding type to multipart/form data and make sure that all the fields, and buttons are well within the form area.

Thanks, D'son. The "Browse" button of the upload field was just off the form a bit. Problem solved, thanks to you.
