Thread: Form Publishing Problem

I have successfully published my webpage that has 2 forms on it, but when I try to view it on the internet it displays an error message
Not Found

The requested URL /contact_email.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I checked and double checked to make sure my pages and hyperlinks were correctly named, and the creating the form was pretty straight forward so I can't figure out why this one page won't display/open. The rest of my website pages open up no problem. Any suggestions?

...lol, my bad, the site is www.gooddogsitter.net and the page that publishes but only opens with an error message is the "contact us" link.

Hi, the link should be a .php extension.

I was totally wondering about the link being html or php, thanks for the suggestion, I saved it as html, I'll change it to php and give it a go, thanks so much.

...omg, my page is totally opening, you were so right about my hyperlinks, I've been stressing over this one page for 2 days before it occurred to me to join the forum, lol, I appreciate your time, I'm officially in business!
