Thread: Captcha is not working. Whats wrong??

What's happening, my vodahost fellas?

I have a problem here with my captcha. For some
reason it is not working.

This is strange because it was working before on
another webpage. I just simply moved it and
made a little changes to it...

Now it is not working!?!

Will someone please take a look at my HTML codes
and see what is wrong with it?

Just right click and select 'view source' to take a
look at the codes and tell me what I am doing
wrong.

By the way, I am using ABVFP.

I can see your captcha just fine....

I gave it a test. I made something up in the captcha
field and it still took me to the thankyou page.

It was suppose to go the errorpage if the value in the
captcha field doesn't match the captcha image.

I even tried to put in the "R" to require the captcha
field and still nothing.

I even put nothing in the captcha field and it still go
straight to the thankyou page.

I tested it without the javascript validation, the error
page doesn't even mention that the captcha field was
missing.

Am I missing something? Is it because I moved it to a
different webpage?

In my ABVFP account, I triple checked that I inserted the
correct URL for all the required pages.

can check out the errorpage.

The captcha field MUSt be named simply "captcha_code" . Please rename it, publish, refresh and test.

I did what you asked and still no captcha vertification.

I filled out the form again but leaving the captcha field
blank, I don't get an error message about the captcha.

You can fill out the form if you want. Make something
up in the captcha field not matching the image. I will
delete the submission from the database.

Any 2nd options or tests that I should try?

Probably that's not a captcha issue but something with the sessions on your site. I would need access to your account to check it.

Ahh... Do I have to give you access to my hosting
