Thread: Form Help...

Hey guys,

I am still rather new to this but I am trying to figure out how to create a drop down form, that once one is selected, a unique second category appears. I am in the auto business and would like to create a look up form for people visiting the site. I included a photo to help better understand what I am talking about...

For example, when chevrolet is picked the second entry turns into all chevy vehicles (ford would be all ford models)
