Thread: Guestbook vs Form. what do i need?

I created a guestbook, but then removed it cause i didn't want people to be able to leave comments publicly and i searched through the forums and didn't see where that function could be removed. I'd like a way where someone can sign the book, and i'll be notified and even given any comments they have, i just don't want the info public. Is there a form that would be more suited for me instead of a guestbook?
