Thread: SQL Error 1054 what is that?

One of my customers just notified me that they got a SQL error 1054 f13 when they hit submit on our purchase order form.

I have no idea where to go to try and fix.

I did receive an email of the po form order. When I try the form myself I get the same message. It does send me a conformation email and it sends me the order.

From what I can tell it does not go to the data base. It also did not take me to the thank you web page.

Oh yea it also said unknown column
