Thread: Form send only half the info filled out

Hi,
I made a form on http://www.advancedmakeoverclinics.c...tact_form6.php

It requires a lot of info to be put in. All is working, BUT I only receive the top half of the required information filled out by the visitor.

I checked that the whole form is within the "blue Line" area. What is causing this?

I have rebuilt the form ,but still the same problem??

I posted a thread for help a week or so ago and no seems able to help me.

Where do I go next? BV support desk keeps on sending me back to the forum???

My problem is this: I have a form here that requires data be put into 1 tick box and 14 edit boxes. When the e-mail is sent to me, I receive only the info filled out in the first 5 editboxes and the tick box - the rest of the editboxes' information is lost why is this?

a possible reason why you've had no reaction to your 2 above posts is that when I click on http://www.advancedmakeoverclinics.c...tact_form6.php in your 1st. post or here in your 2nd. I get a 404 error- not found so it's hard for anyone to see what the problem is

Thanks, out of frustration I rebuild the page today for the 3rd time and the problem (that I still do not understand) is not there anymore. And I deleted that page (with the 6 at the end) and replaced it with http://www.advancedmakeoverclinics.c...tact_form7.php

FRUSTRATION! Help please. I changed the font style for all the text boxes to Century Gothic, but is does not show this style for all the boxes - AND - the form now SUDDENLY keeps on asking for a valid e-mail address, although all the e-mail boxes contain valid e-mail addresses when I click on submit???

Can anyone help?
