Default I cannot process the form. The form has not been correctly setup. !

This what I get upon testing the form I created. I used ABVFP 2.x in processing the form. I went to the admin page & I think everything's filled out except one thing:

    Database Settings
Do you want the info to be stored in a Database Table ? yes or no
Create automatically Database Table ? yes or ____

    No radio button for "No"

Is this really important to select "yes" for both?

Hmmm... I reckon the built-in PHP Form processor...

By the way, did you change the "Page Properties" > "File Extention" to "PHP"?

Because BV will automatically use HTML if you did not make any changes. This will result something like below appear on top of your page when it's published.

    !@#$%^&*()(*&^%#$%^&*(SFGHJTR&*JHTRS#&^%^%WDUI%FGH HG^HJG%^%&^*YTFDCYUIOT^&%VB&*^%EWEDFUITRE$%

No, the form doesn't need to be .php if you use ABVFP
