linking scripts to forms

I found a script

and want to know how to have it on my page but add a submit button so once a user has finished they can hit submit and i get an email of their order.

I have to state that i am no Javascript knoweledgable, but, looking at the code, these are NOT form elements. As such, they can not be submitted through a form.

The script you have linked to is for a dragable sorted list.. meaning you can drag parts of the list or reorder parts of the list with your mouse. This isnt an order form.

that was my point can it be done for a person to sort the list and have some way to send there resluts to me???????
