Hi, I have some forms set up for quotes on insurance and I am having difficulty getting the form to submit information to my email. My first question is does the email have to be xx@mydomain.com, or can I have it sent to my gmail account? Secondly, I just can't get anything to submit to an email period. I have the built-in form processor checked, my email (gmail one), I do have a success page with ends with php, and the page extension is php. Here is the site: www.ccunderwriters.com The forms are under quotes on the right hand side. Your help is appreciated!! |

Your form pages need to be php.. not the success and error pages. The auto one is html. Karen

Ok so I ran into another problem. I had it working then all the sudden when I added an error page and changed the email to submit the form to the submission of my forms does not work. When I click submit it takes me to 404 Not Found (action.html). Any ideas why this may be? Thanks. The website again is www.ccunderwriters.com |
