My form wont upload

OK please bear with me I'm not a techie! I have spent the last few hours searching for an answer but cant find one.

I have almost finished my site www.pawsgalore.co.uk On the contact page I wanted to have a contact us form. I have completed the contact form now using wizard and made the file extension as a php.

The page is saved as www.pawsgalore.co.uk/contactus.bvp

When I try to upload it does not upload. I have done everything wizard and the video tutorial tells me to but cant seem to upload the page.

Can anyone help please? I thought it would be simple!

OK now I am really confused!! If you go to my site www.pawsgalore.co.uk and just click on contact us it brings up the old page. I think I am working out my mistake as I type! Presumably I need to change all the links now from all the other pages is that right?

Really sorry for being a dim wit! Its an achievment that I have anything on the site with my techie knowledge!!

Not sure if u figured out ur problem or not. I too see a contact form and all the links seem 2 work.
