    Default Can not link page with form to other pages

    I have created a form page and saved it as a bvp file and the extension is .php. When you go to my webpage at www.thepamperedpetmagazine.com and click on contest and then click on "click to enter" I get the error message, cannot display webpage. What am I doing wrong? I have followed the tutorial and the written. I checked on the FTP site and it is there as entryform.php.
    Please help.

    Because you have linked its as ftp:// ...... instead of http://.....
