http://www.livewtl.com/mass.php My form on the website does not go to my success page: http://www.livewtl.com/success.html I have set it up to go to success, but it doesn't go anywhere! I never get the email either. Suggestions??

Are all the elements of the form ON the form grid?? If anything is outside it including the submit button, it wont work.
