    Red face Do forms need a separate web page?

    I have a home page that includes a sign-up for email offers form. I used the form wizard and created and published the page and the success and error pages. I am new at this and the pages with forms will not publish properly. All gobbly gook under the webpage.

    Your help appreciated.
