Thread: Why show different sender e mail address?

Hi!
I test two Forms which are set to send to my Horde webmail.

Why one shows:
From: Sender' email address
(same as what I fill in the email Field)

and the other one shows:
From: Receiver / my own email address
(even I already fill in sender email address as test@test.com in the email Field)

Any idea?

Note: Both Forms are set to send to the same email address.
