Thread: Trouble Creating a Form

Hi all,

I am trying to create a form on my website, but when I test it on the web, I get several paragraphs of characters above my page header. And then when I click on submit, the next webpage displays an error message, instead of going to my "thank you for filling out the form" page.

Also, when people fill out the form, how do I set it up so after they fill each field, they can hit the shift key and the cursor will automatically move to the next field. Right now, you hit the shift key and it moves the entire page down.
