Thread: I Cannot Get My Form to Submit

I need some help. I have created a form on my page and I cannot get the submit button to work properly. It would be much appreciated if someone could take a look and help me figure it out:

There seems to be a conflict in your page.

Delete the PayPal buttons, Publish, and Refresh to test.

If it works, make the form as small as possible (but enough to contain all fields and the submit button) and then add back the PayPal buttons, one at a time. After you add each PayPal button, Save, Publish and Refresh to test.
