how can i intergrate/create a form so the information goes staight into my contact management system

If you have a database driven cms the form must be processed by a specifically made form processor in order tou use your own database, table and DB credentials.

There is no standard way of doing this, depends on the cms.

If, instead, you only want to store the form in the Database without any costrains, use ABVFP.
