I have designed a form which is collecting personal of my customers from my website.
Can this page get hacked? If so how can I make it secure so that only I can get my customers details?

No. Email processes cannot be intercepted.
To extend a deeper confidence to Visitors filling out the Form, and to protect your email processing in general, be sure to use the CAPTCHA tool on your Form to prevent automated submissions.

This recent attack was simply replacing the index page with another spoof page, which is the extent of vulnerability.
