Thread: problems creating an order form

I need the help of you guys . I would like to create a form on bluevoda that has the following
name (textbox)
email(textbox)
phone (textbox)
country (drop down list)
product (dropdownlist)
other(textbox)
quantity (dropdownlist)
submit button.

i would also like to know how to create an action when the submit button is clicked so that when the submit button is clicked it automatically send the details to my webmail.

There is nothing special about what you are asking .... it simply requires you to select and 'add' the elements to your Form on your Blue Voda page.
