Finnally I managed to write data from a form in a .csv (Thx for that)

One more question.
On my website visitors can download several things about different subjects.
I use a form to forward people to different succes/download link pages if they fill in their email adress.
So every subject has his own form, and his own map.
For exmample.
http://www.tvonlinesurveys.com/enquete/imago/download_imago_organisatie.php
http://www.tvonlinesurveys.com/enquete/klanttevredenheid/download_klanttevredenheid_website.php

For every map/subject I have to create a different .cvs. Because I have lots of different subjects/map I got lots of different .csv files.

Isn't there an easier way to get all the dowloads in one .csv file?
